The many hats of Dan Jones…
Posted by Dan | Filed under Au Naturelle, Flora and Fauna, Juice, Uncategorized
Yes folks, if you didn’t already know myself and Neil own an impressive array of different hats!!! Now you may think I have never seen these hats, and you may be right as these are special super hero musician type hats. Let me explain….
When in a band you first begin by learning an instrument, mine happened to [...]
Bob
Posted by Neil | Filed under Flora and Fauna, Planting Seeds
This is Bob. He’s a fundamentally important part of the TDT live setup. He’s covered more miles than most of us, and has been on duty above and beyond, all in the name of smoother proceedings at gigs. Bob is, at a very real level, a legend. His job is to sit in the front [...]
Pain Alert
Posted by Neil | Filed under Dreams, Flora and Fauna, Planting Seeds
Quick quiz for you: Who’s pretty much the only person in the band who really does need all of their limbs in order to play their instrument? And of those persons, which one is also the most likely to get their foot stamped on playing football? And given the way these things go, it goes [...]
Revealed!

Just recently there have been some oblique and not-so-oblique references to squirrels and odd goings-on in the realm of TDT. At last…a new CD!!!
Posted by Dan | Filed under Dreams, Flora and Fauna, Planting Seeds
At last we finally have our finished master of the new “Progress has no patience” album. Neil and myself braved the snows of the kingdom of Londinium last Thursday and first met up with Karl Groome in Bracknell to collect the studio master, then on through the blizzard of Harrow on the M25 to the realm of Cambridge were we eventually [...]
Musing Over Sounds
Posted by Neil | Filed under Dreams, Flora and Fauna, Planting Seeds
The main point of the musing being, of course, whether or not to cut out all of the rubbish elements of the TDT sound from the next album, or leave them in. But as we suspect not many will want to listen to an album containing only drums and guitar, the decision was made [...]
Urrghh
Posted by Neil | Filed under Flora and Fauna, Planting Seeds, Spreading Rumors, Wired
Cough, splutter, wheeze and sneeze are the sound effects currently dominating the TDT local vicinity. The drummer is hacking phlegm from the throat on a regular basis, the guitarist has been run down and worn out, the singer has a rough chest and very tattered vocal cords. The medical prognosis is not the best. [...]
